Our Team
Rachael Wainwright
Founder and injector Rachael has 27 years nursing experience and 19 years in the aesthetics industry.
She opened Absolute Aesthetics by Rachael Wainwright in 2007. She went on to become a trainer for Allergan and became a faculty member in 2013. This role involves training injectors throughout the UK in advanced aesthetics, in all aspects of safe practice and complications management.
Public speaking representing Allergan at conferences, is a key part of her role, presenting in the UK and Europe, to national and international teams. She is called on as an expert on behalf of Allergan, training the medical aesthetics fraternity and is the only Botulinum toxin master nurse in the UK. She undertakes extensive training and has access to world renowned experts to ensure that her skills and knowledge level is optimum. Rachael is first assistant to Dr Mauricio de Maio when he is on his UK tour annually.

As Clinic Manager, Julie oversees appointments, coordinates treatment schedules, and manages patient enquiries with professionalism and care, ensuring your experience is seamless and stress free.
With her calm, approachable manner and exceptional organisational skills, Julie maintains the highest standards behind the scenes while creating an environment where every patient feels valued, heard, and cared for.
