Our Team
Rachael Wainwright
Rachael has 27 years nursing experience and 19 years in the aesthetics industry.
She opened Medical Aesthetics by Rachael Wainwright in 2007. She went on to become a trainer for Allergan and became a faculty member in 2013. This role involves training injectors throughout the UK in advanced aesthetics, in all aspects of safe practice and complications management.
Public speaking representing Allergan at conferences, is a key part of her role, presenting in the UK and Europe, to national and international teams. She is called on as an expert on behalf of Allergan, training the medical aesthetics fraternity and is the only Botulinum toxin master nurse in the UK. Rachael is also the first assistant to Dr Mauricio de Maio when he is on his UK tour annually.

Trish graduated from University of Edinburgh in 1998 before training as a GP in the North East. She earned advanced qualifications in obstetrics, gynaecology, family planning, and general practice, receiving a distinction in her MRCGP exams.
During her NHS career, Trish held executive leadership roles focused on quality improvement and service regeneration, earning an ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating for leadership before leaving the NHS in 2023.
She has worked in aesthetics for 8 years and now runs Dr Trish Clinic, offering aesthetic treatments, menopause care, testosterone deficiency management, and weight management services. She also teaches menopause management nationally and speaks at public events on the subject.
